Welcome to the website of ROMA HELLAS SINGLE PERSON S.A. stationery (https://www.romahellas.gr), a website dedicated to office, school, warehouse and selected industrial series.
We invite you to browse our Website to learn more about our products and services. However, please note that the use of the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is subject to specific rules, which are included in these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”).
When browsing the Website, you agree to follow and respect these Terms, which constitute a binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the “Visitor/s”) and the Website Owner (see 1.1).
These Terms together with the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Online Store Services, the Information on the Collection and Processing of Personal Data and the Information on Cookies constitute the General Terms that govern your browsing and/or use of the Website and all its functions in any capacity.
By accessing and browsing the Website and using its functions, it is deemed that you have read and accepted these Terms, as well as the terms that constitute the General Terms.

2. Scope, updates, and amendments
2.1 These Terms govern access to and use of the entire Website, the individual web pages that make it up, and all information (such as text, images, audio files, video, etc.) made available through it, and together with the terms that constitute the General Terms govern your browsing and/or use of the Website and all its functions in any capacity (Visitor, Consumer/Buyer), and in particular the use of the Online Store Services.
2.2 By browsing the Website, Visitors accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If, at any time, Visitors find that they no longer agree to these Terms, they must immediately discontinue accessing, browsing and/or using the Website in any way.
2.3 Certain services or sections of the Website may also be subject to separate terms (for example, the Online Store). If Visitors wish to use such a service or section, they will be asked to separately agree to these additional terms.
2.4 The Owner reserves the right to change, modify and/or update all or part of these Terms as well as the General Terms at any time. In this case, Visitors will receive a notification in the form of a pop-up window or banner that will be displayed for thirty days. All Visitors will be deemed to have read and accepted the new terms if they continue browsing.
2.5 The provisions of these Terms are set out and apply independently and independently of each other. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, void, illegal or voidable (provided that in the latter case it is legally voidable), then: (i) such provision shall be interpreted to preserve its validity and in such a way as to render it at least partially valid, to the maximum permissible extent, and shall be effective with any deletion, modification or reformation that may be required in order to render it valid and with a content as close as possible to the intention of the parties, (ii) the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or affected in any way, and (iii) any invalidation of a voidable (only) provision shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of such provision under other circumstances or in other cases of its application.
2.6    These Terms were last updated in March 2026, replacing all previous versions.
3. Purpose of the Website

3.1    The Website was designed and offered for the following purposes:
a. to provide information, news and updates regarding our products and services. 
b. to enable any interested party to contact us, via the Contact Form. 
c. to host the RO Online Store 

MA HELLAS, subject to clause 4.3 below.

3.2    Although we make every effort to ensure that there is nothing on the Website that may adversely affect children or young people, nor content that may be considered harmful to minors, the Website is intended for persons aged at least 18 years. By browsing or using the Website, you are deemed to be an adult. (For the collection and processing of data from minors via the contact form, please refer to the Privacy Statement).

3.3    The Owner is not responsible, will not be held liable and does not owe compensation for any access to or use of the Website and/or parts or all of its content for purposes that are unlawful or inconsistent with the purposes and intentions of the Owner as described in these terms.
4. Permitted Use and Obligations of Visitors
4.1    The use of the Website is governed by these Terms, together with the terms that constitute the General Terms, which you are expected to comply with throughout your browsing of the Website and the use of all its functions, which are available to Visitors from time to time.
4.2    Subject to terms 3.1 and 4.3, Visitors may (and must) use the Website exclusively for purposes consistent with those for which it was created, as described in Article 3
4.3    Anyone can browse the Website, however, the use of the Online Store is exclusively intended for professionals.
4.4 The Website is intended to be used “as is” and “as available”, without any unauthorized modifications or any unauthorized interference with its content or functionality in any way. We encourage Visitors to contact the Owner if they notice or suspect any problems with the content or functionality of the Website.
4.5 Information and photographs of products and logos of suppliers are provided only for the purposes set forth herein and in the “Terms and Conditions of Use of the Online Store Services”
4.6 All Visitors agree and declare that they will not use the Website for any illegal purpose, including, but not limited to, the following:
a. to negatively affect the integrity and functionality of the Website in any way,
b. to use and/or modify the content of the Website in a manner that is not permitted under the terms described herein and in the “Terms and Conditions of Use of the Online Store Services”,
c. to negatively affect, attack or otherwise impair the security of the network, in particular by uploading or attaching files infected with viruses or damaged or any similar software or programs capable of damaging the operation of another user's computer,
d. to negatively affect, attack or otherwise interfere with access to or use of the Website by other users (e.g. by generating, whether manually or by automated means, an unusually high number of accesses),
e. to install, distribute or otherwise promote any kind of automated or non-automated, pop-up, temporary or persistent, targeted or random unauthorized advertising or any kind of unauthorized marketing material or unsolicited or unsolicited electronic messages (spam), pyramid schemes or any other any unauthorized and unwanted content, marketing/promotional material of products or services, without the prior written authorization of the Owner,
f. to install, promote, or otherwise disseminate content containing viruses, malware or any other files, code or software designed to intercept, destroy and/or limit or otherwise interfere with the functionality of any software, hardware or wider ICT element or in any way prevent other users from visiting the Website,
g. to fraudulently redirect visitors to other websites,
h. to transmit content that does not comply with the law and/or accepted principles of public order and morality,
i. to mislead anyone as to the origin of the content of the Website and/or defame, in any way, the Owner or others,
j. to violate in any way the applicable legislation,
k. to harass Visitors and/or third parties in any way,
l. to collect and/or a storing personal data of other users.
4.7    In the event that the use is illegal, fraudulent or does not comply with these Terms, the Company may restrict access to the Website, and Visitors who made illegal, fraudulent, or other use that does not comply with the Terms may be required to compensate the Owner for any material or moral, positive or consequential damage. The failure of the Owner to exercise all or some of the rights provided for in these Terms does not imply a waiver of their rights now or in the future.
5. Content and Accessibility
5.1    Access to and browsing the Website and/or use of the Website content is at your own risk.
5.2 The Owner makes every reasonable effort to maintain and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the material contained on the Website and to avoid accessibility problems. However, the Owner is not responsible, will not be held liable and does not owe compensation for inaccurate information, access problems, service interruptions or other events that may occur, causing you any material or moral, positive or indirect damage.
5.3 The Owner reserves the right to refuse or block access to all or part of the Website and its content, temporarily or permanently, for a specific Visitor or all Visitors at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, security reasons, maintenance or violation of the terms contained herein.
5.4 The content of the Website, including all information, photographs and any other material, may be changed, modified, moved, edited, altered or deleted at any time and for any reason by the Owner, at its sole discretion. However, in all the aforementioned cases, any reasonable interests of the Visitors will be thoroughly considered.
5.5 With the exception of specific third party rights (e.g. intellectual property rights), all content hosted now or in the future on the Website (including, without limitation, any trademarks, graphics, images, representations, trademarks, distinctive signs, photographs and texts as well as any kind of files) constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of the Owner and/or the Owner's associates and is protected by the provisions of applicable law.
5.6    Visitors may use the content of the Website for the purposes and in the ways expressly set out in these Terms. More specifically, Visitors may:
a. access the information contained in the Website,
b. download and print the information contained in the Website, for private use only.
c. share the content of the Website for non-commercial purposes, provided that they display it completely and accurately and cite the Website as their source.
5.7    The content of the Website, in its entirety or parts thereof, may not be reproduced, copied, downloaded, modified, disclosed, distributed or disseminated in any way for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of the Owner. Likewise, any copying, transfer or creation of derivative works based on this content of the Website or misleading the public about the Owner, including its capacity as provider of the online store, is prohibited.
5.8    An exception exists regarding the use of product photos by the Owner's customers based on the license granted to them, as described in Article 4 of the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Online Store Services, which you will find here.
5.9    The Website does not host any kind of user comments and reviews.
6. External Links and Redirection
6.1    The Website may redirect visitors through links and hyperlinks to other websites. If you are redirected to another website, you are no longer subject to these Terms, nor to any specific part of the General Terms. Please note that in this case the Owner is exempt from any responsibility for the security, legality and validity of the content, privacy policy or practices of the other website, etc.
6.2    The fact that you may be redirected to another website via a link or hyperlink does not mean that the Owner approves, recommends or agrees with the content, material, goods or services provided or promoted by the other website.
7. Conflicts and Applicable Law
7.1    These Terms, as amended and in force from time to time, are governed by Greek law. For any dispute arising from these Terms, the courts of Athina with exclusive jurisdiction are designated as competent in the matter. 7.2 We invite anyone who feels adversely affected by these terms or any content and/or material hosted on the Website to contact us at sales@romahellas.gr.
